Metal stamping for all.

Metal stamping is so much fun and really quite easy. The fun thing is that with a little creativity you can begin stamping with very little money. Places like etsy and even your local hardware store can get you started in this very personalized fun craft. If you go to specialty stamping stores like Rings and Things , you can even get picture stamps like hearts, stars and so much more. Super simple is starting with copper washers, a metal letter stamp set, a ball peen hammer, and steel block. Simply line up your letters and strike with your hammer. ...to never let it be that long again before I post. Yikes it was almost a month! Time to get off my bum and back to bloggin like a good blogger should.

Here is a little pic of me and Kathy Cano-Murillo otherwise known as the Crafty Chica. I was lucky to meet and craft a little with her at the CHA Supershow in Rosemont Il recently. Between fun stuff like that, my sisters wedding, a ton of health issues in our family and just making art it has been a whirlwind of a summer so far ... and it is almost over!
